On September 26th 2008, Howard, along with Matthew Bellamy and Christopher Wolstenholme, was awarded concert rockall luxembourg an Honorary Doctorate of Arts from the University of Plymouth. [3]
Part of Muse's distinctive sound is produced by Wolstenholme's use of distortion. Favouring the Electro Harmonix Big Muff distortion muse brit awards pics / sustainer, this was used alongside a BOSS Bass overdrive and other effects.
